Terms of Service

By accessing or using Devmaarg ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, astrologers, and pandit partners.

Devmaarg provides a digital platform that connects users with:

• Verified astrologers for chat and audio consultations
• Expert pandits for booking pooja services (in-person and remote)
• Sacred spiritual products available for purchase and delivery
• Chadhawa (divine offerings) at partner temples across India
• Jap Counter and other devotional tools within the Devmaarg app

We act as an intermediary platform and do not independently perform astrological or religious services.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use paid services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Devmaarg uses a prepaid wallet system. Funds added to your wallet are non-transferable and can only be used for services on the Platform. All transactions are processed securely via our payment partners.

Prices for consultations, poojas, products, and chadhawa offerings are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time with reasonable notice.

Consultations and pooja services are performed by independent experts listed on our Platform. Devmaarg verifies their credentials but does not guarantee outcomes, predictions, or results. Spiritual and astrological guidance is for informational and devotional purposes only and should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Harass, abuse, or threaten astrologers, pandits, or other users
• Share false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform
• Circumvent any payment or verification process

All content on Devmaarg — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Devmaarg or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devmaarg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or its services, including reliance on any information or advice provided by astrologers or pandits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
