We want every experience on Devmaarg to be meaningful and satisfying. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and cancellations across our different service categories.

1. Sacred Products
We do not accept returns on physical products (idols, rudraksha, incense, samagri kits, etc.). However, you may cancel your order for a full refund provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
- To cancel an order before shipment, please contact us immediately at info@aventraaglobal.com with your order ID.
- Once an order status is marked as "shipped," it can no longer be cancelled.
For successful cancellations, a refund will be credited to your Devmaarg wallet within 5–7 business days. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please refer to Section 6 below for our replacement and refund policy.
2. Pooja Bookings
Cancellation and refund eligibility for pooja bookings depends on when you cancel:

| Cancellation by Devmaarg or the pandit | 100% refund to wallet |
To cancel a booking, go to My Bookings in the app or contact support. Samagri included in the booking may not be returned if preparation has already begun.
3. Astrologer Consultations
Consultation fees are deducted from your wallet per minute of usage. Please note that unused wallet balances cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your bank account.
If a session ends abruptly due to a technical issue on our end, the deducted amount for the affected portion will be credited back to your wallet within 48 hours.
Please note that once a consultation session has been completed, fees for that session cannot be refunded regardless of whether you were satisfied with the guidance.
4. Chadhawa Offerings
Once a chadhawa offering has been placed and the temple has accepted it, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded as the ritual preparations begin immediately.
If for any reason the offering could not be completed (e.g., temple closure, natural event), a full refund will be credited to your wallet within 3 business days.
5. Wallet Withdrawals
Wallet balances, whether added by you or credited as refunds, cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account or original payment method. They can exclusively be used for purchasing services and products within the Devmaarg platform.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. How to Raise a Request
To initiate a return, refund, or cancellation:
- Email us at info@aventraaglobal.com with your registered email and order/booking ID
- Our support team will respond within 24 hours on business days
- For eligible refunds, the amount is credited to your wallet or original payment method as applicable
